Each 15-question batch locks your first answer, marks it immediately, explains the deciding clinical logic, and gives you a focused topic to review next. There is no timer and no predictor score—just deliberate practice.
Choose the single best response without hints.
The correct answer and your selection are clearly marked.
Review why the answer wins and what to study next.
The structure follows the public 2024 PT exam specifications: five timed sections, four-option single-best-answer items, independently answerable scenario sets at each section's end, 180 scored items, 45 hidden pretest items, flag-and-review behavior, answer elimination, and one scheduled break.
Distractors are deliberately plausible. Items emphasize differential diagnosis, safety, prioritization, and integrated management over simple recall.
Every form is automatically checked for system and task coverage, 36 scored items per section, scenario placement, and balanced A–D answer positions.
A hidden 180-item core, expert difficulty ratings, and a 90% uncertainty band produce a cautious readiness signal—not false precision.
Musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, and cardiovascular-pulmonary content lead the mix, supported by integumentary, systemic, equipment, safety, professional, modality, and evidence-based practice items.

Each report surfaces the systems and clinical tasks costing you the most points, then translates those misses into concrete study topics. It also looks at pace, flagged questions, and changed answers—the behaviors that determine whether knowledge survives the clock.
